Simple Billing: Your retainer hours appear as an additional line item on your monthly hosting invoice. No separate billing, no complicated contracts.

Use It or Lose It: Hours are consumed each month and don’t roll over. Some months you might use more hours than your retainer, other months you might use less—that’s perfectly normal and expected.

Annual Review: Every 12 months, we’ll review your usage history and work with you to adjust your retainer amount if needed, ensuring you’re getting the best value.
